Results are delivered as-is, and you understand that Microawesome projects — unlike traditional design projects — do not allow change within the scope of the project.
You can't influence the design once it's kicked off, so — if you have them — state your preferences in the briefing phase.

All project fees are payable up front, and sales are final. You are entitled to a 100% refund if:
- you can provide proof that our deliverables have hurt your business in any quantifiable way,
- we have failed to deliver the entire scope of the project,
- we have failed to deliver the project within the previously agreed timeframe.
